Serbia-based mobile gaming studio Two Desperados has secured $20 million in user acquisition (UA) financing from PvX Partners.

The funding will help the company expand its user acquisition efforts across its growing portfolio of mobile games. Since the financing is non-dilutive, Two Desperados can access growth capital without giving up additional equity ownership.

Funding to Support Growth Strategy

The company plans to use the capital to increase player acquisition and expand the reach of its games in international markets. The investment is expected to support marketing initiatives and strengthen the studio's growth strategy.

Non-dilutive financing allows businesses to fund expansion activities while enabling existing shareholders to retain their ownership stakes.

Building a Mobile Gaming Portfolio

Founded by CEO Vojislav Milutinovic, Two Desperados operates as an independent mobile gaming studio based in Belgrade, Serbia. The company focuses on developing and publishing mobile gaming experiences for global audiences.

Over the years, the studio has built a portfolio that has generated more than 30 million downloads worldwide.

Its game portfolio includes titles such as Nonogram Crossing Logic Puzzle, Marble Shooter: Viola's Quest, and Marble Woka Woka.

Expanding Global Reach

The latest financing reflects the company's focus on scaling player growth and increasing the visibility of its games across international markets. As competition in the mobile gaming sector continues to grow, user acquisition remains a key area of investment for studios seeking to expand their player base.
