1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WorkNation.buzz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. WorkNation.buzz provides a platform for connecting talent with global career opportunities, including job listings, resume analysis tools, HireMail outreach tools, and professional portfolio hosting.

2. User Eligibility and Accounts

To use certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Job Postings and Applications

WorkNation.buzz facilitates connections between employers and job seekers. We do not guarantee employment, nor do we vet every job posting or applicant. Users are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before entering into any professional agreements.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload resumes, create portfolios, record video/audio pitches, and post content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant WorkNation.buzz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

5. HireMail Outreach & Google API Integration

WorkNation HireMail allows candidates to draft, personalize, and send 1-on-1 job applications directly from their authenticated personal Google account via Google's official Gmail API (gmail.send). By utilizing HireMail, you acknowledge and agree:

  • Authorized Sending: You authorize WorkNation to transmit candidate-initiated outreach emails from your connected personal Gmail address upon your explicit instruction and confirmation.
  • Sender Responsibility: You retain sole and exclusive responsibility for the contents, claims, accuracy, tone, attachments, and recipient selection of every email dispatched through your connected account.
  • Strict Anti-Spam Compliance: HireMail is designed exclusively for genuine, personalized career applications and networking. You agree not to use HireMail or your connected Google account to send unsolicited commercial marketing, mass bulk spam, deceptive subject lines, fraudulent claims, phishing attempts, harassment, or unlawful materials. All outreach must strictly comply with applicable anti-spam laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and local communications regulations.
  • Outreach Guardrails & Limits: WorkNation enforces plan-based daily send limits to protect your personal sender reputation and domain health. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate outreach capabilities if spam complaints or policy violations occur.
  • Google Terms & Account Disconnection: Your use of Google integration features is subject to Google's Terms of Service and User Policies. You may disconnect your Google account from HireMail at any time through your Profile Settings.
  • No Guarantee of Response or Employment: WorkNation does not guarantee that prospective employers or recruiters will open, read, or reply to outreach emails, nor does WorkNation guarantee interview invitations or employment offers.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform.
  • Scrape or collect data from the Platform using unauthorized automated means.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent daily outreach limits or credit consumption safeguards.

7. Limitation of Liability

WorkNation.buzz is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform or third-party email deliverability systems.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
