E, THE CITIZENS OF WORKNATION, in order to form a more perfect professional union, establish equal opportunity, promote continuous learning, and secure the blessings of growth for ourselves and our peers, do ordain and establish this Constitution.

Every Citizen shall have unhindered access to opportunities based on merit, proof of work, and peer recognition, regardless of geographical borders or traditional gatekeepers. The barriers of the old world hold no jurisdiction here.
Article II: The Freedom of Knowledge
The free exchange of ideas, skills, and professional wisdom is the lifeblood of our nation. No algorithm shall unjustly silence the genuine sharing of expertise, nor shall knowledge be hoarded at the expense of communal growth.
Article III: The Value of Proof over Pedigree
A Citizen's worth shall be measured not by the prestige of past institutions or the ink of forgotten degrees, but by the tangible proof of their work, the strength of their portfolio, and their active, ongoing contributions to the community.
Article IV: The Sanctity of Communities
The professional communities are the sovereign states of our nation. They shall remain focused, deeply segmented, and governed by the shared pursuit of mastery within their respective crafts. Noise shall not drown out the signal.

Every Citizen bears the responsibility to not only advance their own career but to elevate their peers. Mentorship, collaboration, and constructive feedback are not mere suggestions, but the expected civic duties of this land.

Citizens hold the right to present their true professional selves. Whether speaking publicly bearing their name, or anonymously seeking raw truth, authenticity and respect shall govern all discourse within our borders.
