Building Autonomous AI for Commerce
Founded in 2025 by former Flipkart and Affle executives Sankalp Mehrotra, Anurag Singh, and Sharad Chitlangia, Kily develops autonomous AI agents that help consumer brands manage and optimize operations across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
The platform combines real-time marketplace data with business objectives and operational constraints to automate key commerce decisions.
Its AI agents help brands optimize areas including:

Advertising performance
Pricing strategies
Inventory availability
According to the company, Kily has already partnered with brands including ITC.

Kily plans to use the investment to:
Enhance its AI platform
Expand product capabilities
Strengthen go-to-market initiatives
Increase enterprise adoption across major Indian consumer brands
Commenting on the funding, Co-founder and CEO Sankalp Mehrotra said brands today operate across fragmented digital marketplaces where growth depends on making thousands of decisions daily. He added that Kily aims to bring greater autonomy to commerce management, enabling businesses to make faster and more informed decisions while improving profitability.
