Indian fine jewellery brand GIVA has raised more than $100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, along with its co-investors. The investment will support the company's retail expansion, manufacturing capabilities and omnichannel growth as it looks to strengthen its position in India's organised jewellery market.
The Bengaluru-based company plans to expand its retail network from over 400 stores to more than 1,000 outlets over the next three to five years.
Founded in 2019 by Ishendra Agarwal, GIVA offers jewellery across sterling silver, gold and lab-grown diamonds. Its products are sold through company-owned retail stores, its direct-to-consumer website, third-party e-commerce platforms and quick-commerce channels.
Expanding beyond 400 retail stores
GIVA currently operates more than 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka, with a presence in both Tier I and Tier II markets.
The company's next expansion phase will focus on taking its retail footprint beyond 1,000 outlets within three to five years. The fresh funding is expected to support this expansion while strengthening its manufacturing capabilities and offline presence.
Alongside retail growth, GIVA plans to strengthen its leadership team and scale its omnichannel operations.
The company's strategy combines physical retail with online distribution, allowing customers to discover and purchase jewellery through multiple channels.
Revenue reaches approximately Rs 865 crore in FY26
GIVA reported a compound annual growth rate of more than 70% over the past three years, ending FY26 with revenue of approximately Rs 865 crore, according to the company.
Its reported operating revenue had previously grown 89% year-on-year to Rs 518 crore in FY25. Losses increased 22% to Rs 72 crore during the same period.
The company has not yet filed its FY26 financial statements, so the reported FY26 revenue figure should be distinguished from its filed financial results.
Funding history crosses $258 million
With the latest funding round, GIVA has raised more than $258 million to date, according to the report.
The company also raised Rs 110 crore, approximately $12 million, in a Series C extension round led by HPV CC1 Ltd in February 2026.
In May 2026, GIVA raised another $28 million in debt, a development previously reported by Entrackr. The report notes that this debt could be part of the current funding round, but does not confirm whether it is included in the $100 million-plus figure.
Competing in India's organised jewellery market
GIVA operates in a competitive jewellery market that includes established organised retailers and newer digital-first brands.
Its competitors include BlueStone, CaratLane, Melorra, Candere and Tanishq, alongside newer brands such as Palmonas, Jewelbox, Limelight Lab Grown Diamonds, Fiona Diamonds and Firefly Diamonds.
As GIVA expands its physical stores and manufacturing capabilities, its ability to manage costs, maintain product quality and build a consistent customer experience across online and offline channels will be important to its next stage of growth.
The latest funding provides capital for that expansion, with the company targeting more than 1,000 retail outlets over the next three to five years.
