Two Point O Capital (TW.O), an AI-powered clean energy deployment platform for commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses, has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Transition Venture Capital.
Existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy also participated in the round.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand into battery energy storage systems (BESS) while strengthening its existing operations in solar energy, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment.
Founded in 2024 by Archit Mehrotra, Karan Bhutani, Manya Ranjan and Shashidhar Reddy, TW.O provides sustainable infrastructure solutions to businesses through flexible financing, project ownership, transparent measurement and guaranteed outcomes.
Making clean energy adoption easier for businesses
TW.O focuses on helping commercial and industrial businesses adopt sustainable infrastructure without having to manage every aspect of project financing, ownership and performance independently.
Its solutions cover solar energy, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment, with battery energy storage systems becoming a new area of expansion following the latest funding round.
The company works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) firms across India to deliver these solutions.
Its approach combines flexible financing arrangements with project ownership, performance measurement and guaranteed outcomes.
The platform targets businesses looking to reduce operating costs, improve operational resilience and meet their energy and water management requirements.
AI and machine learning for project management
TW.O uses a proprietary artificial intelligence and machine learning platform across solutioning, underwriting and asset monitoring.
According to the company, the technology supports:
Predictive maintenance of deployed infrastructure.
Risk mitigation across projects and assets.
Performance optimisation.
Solution design and underwriting.
By applying AI and machine learning across these stages, the company aims to improve how clean energy and utility infrastructure projects are evaluated, deployed and monitored.
TW.O said its assets under management have grown 1.5 times every quarter over the past three quarters. This growth figure was disclosed by the company.
Serving major commercial and industrial businesses
TW.O works with businesses across India's commercial and industrial ecosystem. Its clientele includes Premier Energies, Godrej, JK Tyre, Morepen Pharma, Wipro and Phoenix Mills.
The company is also looking to deepen its presence in energy- and water-intensive industries, including:
Data centres
Automotive
Pharmaceuticals
Manufacturing
Healthcare
These sectors have significant energy and water requirements, creating opportunities for customised infrastructure solutions.
The company aims to help factories, hospitals, data centres and manufacturing facilities adopt cleaner energy systems and more efficient water management practices.
A large opportunity in commercial and industrial infrastructure
According to TW.O, India's commercial and industrial segment represents an annual opportunity of $100 billion to $150 billion for customised capital and asset solutions addressing clean energy and utility requirements.
Businesses in these sectors face pressure to manage operating expenses, strengthen energy resilience and meet sustainability expectations.
For companies with substantial energy consumption, solutions such as solar installations, energy efficiency improvements and battery storage can support these objectives.
TW.O is positioning itself around this demand by combining infrastructure deployment with financing and ongoing asset monitoring.
The company also points to opportunities for businesses seeking to access markets such as the European Union, where sustainability and operational requirements can influence competitiveness.
Funding to expand into battery storage and strengthen existing operations
The $10 million funding round was led by Transition Venture Capital, with participation from existing investor Omnivore and angel investors Chiranjeev Singh Saluja and Sudhir M Reddy.
TW.O plans to deploy the capital across two broad priorities.
First, it will expand into battery energy storage systems, adding another infrastructure category to its clean energy offering.
Second, it will strengthen its existing presence in solar energy, energy efficiency and wastewater treatment.
The company will also focus on expanding its reach across sectors with significant energy and water requirements.
As commercial and industrial businesses look for ways to manage infrastructure costs and improve resource efficiency, TW.O is seeking to build a platform that combines financing, technology and project execution.
The latest funding gives the company additional capital to expand its clean energy deployment model across India's industrial and commercial sectors.
