Bengaluru-based wealthtech startup PowerUp Money has raised $10 million in a funding round led by Flourish Ventures, with participation from existing investors Peak XV Partners, Accel, Blume Ventures, Kae Capital, 8i Ventures and DeVC.

The fresh capital will support the development of its AI-led wealth management solutions and expansion of its advisory offerings. The funding follows the company's $12 million Series A round in December 2025, which was led by Peak XV Partners.

Founded in 2025 by Prateek Jindal, PowerUp Money is building a wealth management platform focused on mutual fund advisory, personalised investment planning and portfolio management.

Growing mutual fund advisory business

PowerUp Money said its platform serves more than 1.5 million users who track mutual fund portfolios worth over Rs 2.5 lakh crore.

Its mutual fund advisory subscription, PowerUp Elite, has crossed 1 lakh paid members within a year of launch. The subscription is part of the company's effort to offer investors more structured guidance when managing their mutual fund investments.

The company is expanding beyond portfolio tracking and conventional mutual fund advisory through AI-enabled wealth management products.

Expanding AI-powered wealth advisory

One of its newer offerings is Elite Prime, an AI-enabled digital wealth advisory product designed to provide personalised investment recommendations based on an individual's financial goals and risk profile.

The product offers several features, including:

  • Personalised asset allocation.

  • SIP and lump-sum investment plans.

  • Portfolio rebalancing.

  • Withdrawal strategies.

  • An AI wealth coach and personal assistant to guide investment decisions.

By combining these features, PowerUp Money aims to help investors make decisions that reflect their financial objectives and investment preferences.

Infinite adds managed wealth advisory

The company has also introduced Infinite, a managed wealth advisory offering that covers financial planning, portfolio construction, multi-asset allocation and ongoing portfolio management.

According to PowerUp Money, Infinite has reached nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management within approximately nine months of launch. The offering remains available to a limited set of customers.

The growth of Infinite adds another layer to the company's wealth management strategy, extending its services beyond digital advisory into managed portfolio solutions.

Building an integrated wealth management platform

PowerUp Money is bringing together three offerings to serve different investor requirements:

  • PowerUp Elite: Mutual fund advisory through a paid subscription.

  • Elite Prime: AI-enabled digital wealth advisory with personalised investment strategies.

  • Infinite: Managed wealth advisory covering financial planning and portfolio management.

Together, these products form a platform combining mutual fund advisory, AI-led digital wealth management and human-led portfolio management.

The latest $10 million funding round will help the company strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its advisory services as it looks to serve a growing user base.

With more than 1.5 million users, over 1 lakh paid Elite members and nearly Rs 500 crore in assets under management through Infinite, PowerUp Money is expanding its presence in India's wealthtech market.
