Inforcer Secures $50 Million in Series C Funding

London-based Inforcer has raised $50 million in Series C funding to expand its platform that helps managed service providers (MSPs) manage Microsoft 365 environments for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).

The round was led by Insight Partners.

The latest investment brings Inforcer's total funding to $110 million across three funding rounds completed within the past 18 months.

Founded in 2023, the company is led by Co-founder and CEO Jamie Daum and Co-founder and Chief Community Officer William Connor.

Helping MSPs Manage AI and Security Risks

Inforcer develops software that enables MSPs to manage multiple Microsoft 365 customer environments from a single platform.

As AI adoption and cybersecurity threats continue to increase, the company has expanded its product portfolio with features including:

  • Shadow AI detection to identify unauthorized AI tools being used on company devices.

  • Threat detection and response capabilities for identifying cybersecurity risks in real time.

According to the company, these tools help MSPs support growing customer demand while addressing increasingly sophisticated cyber threats.

Expanding Products and U.S. Operations

Inforcer says its business has grown 300% year over year.

The company plans to use the new funding to continue product development and expand its presence in the United States.

It is also evolving its pricing strategy from a per-client model to a per-user model for newer security products, while future AI offerings may adopt consumption- or token-based pricing.

Inforcer said it will remain focused on the Microsoft ecosystem, positioning its platform as complementary to Microsoft's enterprise offerings rather than competing directly with them.
