Inevitable AI Group Secures $6 Million Pre-Seed Funding
Israel-based venture studio Inevitable AI Group (IAIG) has raised $6 million in pre-seed funding to build and launch AI-native software companies.
The funding round was led by Aleph, supporting IAIG's mission to create a new generation of AI-first SaaS businesses that can be developed and scaled significantly faster than traditional software companies.
Building AI-Native SaaS Companies at Scale
Founded in 2026 by Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or, IAIG operates as an AI-native venture studio rather than a single startup.
Instead of building one product, IAIG partners with entrepreneurs to rapidly launch software companies targeting proven SaaS markets where artificial intelligence can improve efficiency, accessibility, or pricing.
The venture studio leverages AI across the entire company-building process, including:
Product development
Go-to-market execution
Operations
Growth
Venture scaling
According to the company, AI enables feature parity with established software products in just weeks while significantly lowering operating costs.
Five Ventures Already Launched
Since launching in January 2026, IAIG has already built and launched five AI-native ventures and expects to launch dozens more by the end of the year.
The company focuses on established software categories with validated market demand, helping entrepreneurs create AI-first businesses using shared infrastructure and operational expertise.
Its long-term vision is to build smaller, leaner software companies capable of delivering enterprise-grade products with fewer resources.
Funding to Expand Venture Studio Operations
The newly raised capital will support:
Launching additional AI-native SaaS companies
Expanding its network of founders
Entering new software categories
Enhancing AI-driven venture-building infrastructure
Refining its company creation and scaling model
IAIG also expects increased partnerships, acquisitions, and integrations between AI-native startups and established software providers as AI reshapes the software industry.
Leadership
Inevitable AI Group (IAIG) was founded by Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or.
Lehavi previously founded Simplex, which was acquired by Nuvei for $300 million, while Bar-Or brings more than three decades of experience across telecommunications, semiconductors, internet infrastructure, machine learning, and deep technology.
The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
