Milwaukee-based biotechnology company Estrigenix Therapeutics has raised $2 million in Seed funding to advance the development of its selective estrogen receptor-beta (ERβ) therapeutics.
The funding round was led by Talents Fund I.

Led by CEO Victoria Zellmer, Estrigenix Therapeutics is developing selective estrogen receptor-beta therapies designed to address unmet medical needs in women's health and neurodegenerative diseases.
The company's platform selectively modulates ERβ biology to create differentiated therapeutic candidates across multiple disease areas.
Supporting Preclinical Development
The new funding will be used to support lead optimization and complete the company's translational preclinical package, positioning its lead therapeutic programs for IND-enabling studies and future clinical development.
