NavVis Secures $85 Million in Funding

Munich-based NavVis has raised $85 million in funding to accelerate the development of its AI-powered spatial twin platform for industrial facilities and construction projects.

The funding round was led by The Jordan Company (TJC), with participation from Yttrium, KOZO KEIKAKU ENGINEERING Inc. (KKE), and Cipio Partners.

Building AI-Powered Digital Twins

Led by Dr. Felix Reinshagen (CEO) and Dr. Georg Schroth (CTO), NavVis develops a spatial twin platform that synchronizes physical environments with digital models to support industrial operations.

Its platform combines:

  • NavVis VLX mobile reality capture system

  • NavVis MLX wearable mapping technology

  • NavVis IVION, a collaborative cloud platform for managing digital twins

Together, these solutions transform real-world environments into continuously updated digital twins that support:
