Meduloc Secures $4 Million Series B Funding
Pennsylvania-based orthopedic medical device company Meduloc has raised $4 million in Series B funding to advance its innovative fracture fixation technology and prepare for commercial expansion.
The funding round was led by GenHenn Capital, with participation from Life Sciences Greenhouse Investments (LSGI), Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Broad Street Angels, former Los Angeles Dodgers player Andre Ethier, and several existing and new investors.
Advancing Orthopedic Fracture Treatment
Led by Sarah Sachinis, President and CEO, Meduloc develops orthopedic medical devices designed to improve fracture fixation for both adult and pediatric patients.
Its flagship technology is an FDA-cleared, sterile, single-use flexible nitinol intramedullary platform, engineered for long-bone fracture applications.
The platform is designed to:
Provide stable fracture fixation
Preserve natural bone anatomy
Offer surgeons a versatile treatment alternative
Support a wide range of long-bone fracture procedures
