Lumilens Secures Over $700 Million in Series C Funding
San Jose-based Lumilens has raised over $700 million in Series C funding, reaching a $5.51 billion valuation, as demand for next-generation AI infrastructure continues to accelerate.
The round was co-led by Atreides Management, Bain Capital Ventures, Meritech, Seligman Ventures, and Spark Capital, with participation from Addition, Aiconic, Alkeon, Atreides Capital, EDBI, HarbourVest, J.P. Morgan Private Capital, Lingotto, Mayfield, MVP Ventures, Peak XV, Qualcomm Ventures, Redpoint Ventures, Seifdune, and Thomvest Ventures.
The latest financing brings Lumilens' total funding to more than $900 million.
Powering Next-Generation AI Networks
Led by Ankur Singla (CEO) and Ted Schmidt (CTO), Lumilens develops an optical connectivity platform built for the growing performance, bandwidth, and power demands of AI infrastructure.
Its flagship platform, LumiCore, combines:
