Glow Emerges from Stealth with $180 Million Series A

Palo Alto-based cybersecurity startup Glow has emerged from stealth after raising $180 million in an all-equity Series A funding round, reaching a $1.2 billion valuation.

The round was backed by Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Index Ventures, Swish Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, and Holly Ventures.

Founded in 2025, Glow is developing an AI-native endpoint security platform designed to help enterprises secure employee devices against evolving AI-driven cyber threats.

Building AI-Native Endpoint Security

Glow was founded by Roi Tiger, Omer Singer, Ophir Arie, and Arnon Joseph, former executives from Meta, Snowflake, and Claroty.

The company's platform uses AI agents to continuously monitor enterprise environments, identify risks in real time, and enforce security policies across employee laptops, servers, and developer tools. It also helps prevent malicious software packages and unauthorized AI agents from entering enterprise systems.

Glow integrates AI models from Anthropic and Google Gemini through Amazon Bedrock, while adding its own enterprise security intelligence layer.

Accelerating Enterprise Growth

Glow says it already serves paying enterprise customers across industries including healthcare, retail, and financial services.

The new funding will support continued platform development and expansion as enterprises adopt AI-native security approaches to protect increasingly complex digital environments.
