Chicago-based logistics technology company Cargofy has raised $11 million in Series A funding to support its international growth and product expansion.

The funding round included $6 million in primary capital and $5 million in secondary transactions. Investors in the round included u.ventures, Toloka, and Movens Capital. Intercom Co-founder Des Traynor and several angel investors also participated.

Cargofy plans to use the new capital to expand its operations across Europe and the United States. The company aims to establish new hubs in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, and the US. In addition, it plans to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities for billing, compliance, and other back-office logistics processes.

Founded by CEO Stakh Vozniak, Cargofy develops AI-powered digital workers designed for freight and logistics operations. The platform helps companies manage carrier communication, dispatch coordination, and document handling through automated workflows.

The company said its AI agents operate in multiple languages and are built to support logistics teams throughout the day. The platform also integrates with more than 70 logistics and enterprise systems, including transportation management systems, ERPs, and load boards.

Cargofy was originally founded in Ukraine and now operates from Chicago as it continues its international expansion in the freight technology sector.
