Luxonis Raises $14 Million in Series A Funding to Expand Robotics Vision Platform

Colorado-based robotics company Luxonis has raised $14 million in a Series A funding round to expand its industrial automation and AI vision platform.

The funding round was led by Denali Growth Partners, with participation from Taiwania Capital.

The company said the investment will support commercial expansion, product development, and manufacturing scale for its OAK camera platform. It also plans to strengthen supply chain operations and continue development of the OAK4 ecosystem, which launched in December 2025.

Focus on AI-Powered Visual Perception

Founded and led by Bradley Dillon, Luxonis develops computer vision systems designed for robotics and industrial automation.

Its OAK camera devices combine sensors and onboard computing into a single platform. The system works with the company’s open-source DepthAI software, allowing developers to build and deploy automation tools that rely on visual perception.

The company focuses on applications where robots and automated systems need to interpret real-world environments in real time.

Expansion Across Multiple Industries

Luxonis plans to use the new capital to expand its research and development, engineering support, and go-to-market teams.

The company also intends to introduce new camera devices in flexible form factors for different industrial environments. These products are expected to support sectors such as agriculture, robotics, industrial automation, warehousing, medtech, defense, and heavy machinery.

As demand for AI-enabled automation continues to grow, companies developing machine perception systems are seeing increased interest from industrial customers looking to improve operational efficiency.
