Arrakis Emerges from Stealth with $38 Million in Funding

London-based enterprise AI startup Arrakis has emerged from stealth after raising $38 million over the past six months, including a $30 million Series A led by Blossom Capital.

The funding round also included participation from existing investor Accel, along with GFC, MainObject, and Rerail. Notably, Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel and OpenAI Head of Business Products Olivier Godement participated as angel investors, alongside Junaid Hussain.

Bringing AI Agents to Industrial Enterprises

Founded in 2026 by Rafael Quintanilla, Haroun Beltaifa, Romain Fouilland, and Mikhail Galkov, Arrakis develops AI agents that automate operational workflows for industrial enterprises across sectors including energy, aerospace, and logistics.

Rather than replacing legacy enterprise software, Arrakis integrates with existing procurement, logistics, and operational systems to deploy AI solutions in weeks. The company also emphasizes customer data ownership, ensuring client data is not used to train third-party AI models.

Expanding Global Operations

Arrakis plans to use the new funding to triple its workforce, strengthen its platform and security capabilities, and open new offices in New York and the Middle East.

The company has already signed its first U.S. customer and is expanding its presence across industrial sectors as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered operational tools.
