Trooly Secures Nearly $20 Million in Seed Funding
Delaware-based AI startup Trooly has raised nearly $20 million in Seed funding to accelerate the development of its AI-native user research platform.
The company did not disclose the investors participating in the funding round.
Led by Co-Founder and CEO Whisper Wang, Trooly enables product, research, and growth teams to conduct AI-powered, in-depth consumer interviews that adapt dynamically throughout each conversation.
Building AI-Powered User Research
Trooly's platform uses an intelligent multimodal voice agent capable of conducting 45-minute interviews with participants worldwide.
Instead of relying on predefined questionnaires, the platform features an AI-driven follow-up engine that determines each subsequent question in real time based on a participant's responses, creating more natural and context-aware interviews.
According to the company, more than 400 teams across industries including gaming, consumer goods, manufacturing, and lifestyle applications use the platform to support product development, branding, and business growth decisions.
Accelerating Product Development
The newly raised capital will be used to continue research and development of Trooly's core platform and multimodal voice-agent technology, expand its global panel of interview participants, and grow adoption among enterprises operating in data-intensive industries.
