Quick Clean Secures $14 Million Series B Funding to Expand Laundry Network

Institutional laundry infrastructure company Quick Clean has raised $14 million in a Series B funding round led by Stakeboat Capital, with participation from existing investors Alkemi Growth Capital and Blue Ashva Capital.

The company said the funding will be used to expand its on-premise laundry network across India, invest in AI-driven operations and automation, and support its international expansion plans.

Expanding AI-Powered Laundry Operations

Founded in 2010 by Anshul Gupta and Ankur Gupta, Quick Clean provides build-own-operate (BOO) on-premise laundry infrastructure for hotels and hospitals, enabling institutions to outsource laundry operations while keeping facilities within their premises.

The company plans to strengthen investments in AI-powered laundry operations, predictive maintenance, automation, and sustainability technologies. Over the next five years, it aims to grow its network from more than 140 facilities to over 500 on-premise laundry units serving the hospitality and healthcare sectors.

International Growth Plans

Alongside its domestic expansion, Quick Clean intends to enter Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets as part of its international growth strategy.

Commenting on the funding, Anshul Gupta, Founder and CEO of Quick Clean, said the investment will help the company expand its technology platform and global footprint while supporting its long-term ambition of building the world's largest on-premise laundry infrastructure company.

Serving Hotels and Healthcare Institutions

Quick Clean currently operates more than 140 on-premise laundry facilities across over 38 cities, processing more than 100,000 kilograms of linen daily. The company employs over 1,500 people and serves hospitality brands including Marriott, Taj, Hyatt, Radisson, and ITC Hotels, as well as healthcare institutions such as AIIMS, Lilavati Hospital, and Bombay Hospital.

According to the company, its technology-driven operations use approximately eight litres of water per kilogram of linen processed, significantly lower than the industry average of nearly 24 litres, helping customers reduce water consumption and carbon emissions.
