Lissi Secures €3.5M to Expand EUDI Wallet Integration Platform

Lissi, a provider of European Digital Identity (EUDI) wallet integration and verifiable credential solutions, has raised €3.5 million in a new funding round.

The investment was led by Ventech. It also included participation from BM H Beteiligungs-Managementgesellschaft Hessen, along with existing investors main incubator (Commerzbank Group) and Ninepointfive Ventures.

Funding to Support Product Development

Lissi plans to use the fresh capital to grow its operations and accelerate product development.

As demand for digital identity solutions continues to increase across Europe, the company aims to strengthen its platform and expand its capabilities for regulated industries.

EUDI Wallet Integration for Financial Institutions

Led by CEO Helge Michael and CTO Sebastian Bickerle, Lissi develops software that helps organizations integrate EUDI wallets into their digital services.

Its flagship product, the EUDI Wallet Connector Suite, enables businesses to connect EUDI wallets with digital workflows. These include Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), and the issuance of digital credentials.

Moreover, the platform supports multi-tenancy and white-label deployment while meeting compliance requirements. Organizations can deploy the software on-premises or through private cloud environments, allowing them to maintain control over customer data.

SDK Expansion Planned

In addition, Lissi is expanding its Wallet Connector Suite with a new Software Development Kit (SDK).

The SDK will allow financial institutions to integrate ID wallet functionality directly into their existing mobile applications. As a result, organizations can add digital identity features without rebuilding their current platforms.
