Encore AI Secures $30 Million in Series A Funding
Encore AI, a startup developing AI voice agents for customer support and sales teams, has raised $30 million in Series A funding.
The round was led by Team8, with participation from Planven, Lukatz, Garage, and several banks and insurance companies. According to the company, some financial institutions invested after first becoming customers of its platform.
Founded in 2022 as Insait IO and now rebranded as Encore AI, the company is led by CEO Dvir Ginzburg.
Training AI Agents Using Customer Interactions
Encore AI's platform analyzes customer interactions—including call recordings, emails, and text messages—to identify the communication strategies that lead to successful outcomes.
The platform connects conversational data with CRM systems, divides customer journeys into different stages, and determines which responses and tactics are most effective. These insights are then used to train AI voice agents capable of assisting employees during conversations or interacting directly with customers through voice and text.
Beyond automation, the platform also helps organizations identify inefficiencies, friction points, and opportunities to improve customer support and sales processes.
Supporting Growth in Financial Services
Encore AI currently serves more than 40 enterprise customers globally, with the majority operating in the financial services sector.
According to the company, its annual recurring revenue (ARR) has grown more than fivefold since its seed round less than 18 months ago, although it did not disclose revenue figures or its valuation.
The newly raised funding will be used to expand U.S. sales operations and deploy the platform across more large financial institutions.
