Dwelly Secures $170 Million in Series B Financing

London-based Dwelly has raised $170 million in Series B financing to accelerate the expansion of its AI-native operating system for residential lettings.

The round was co-led by EQT Growth and General Catalyst and included $95 million in equity financing, with participation from s16vc, Begin Capital, DVC, Philipp Freise, and the CEOs of Legora, Synthesia, and ElevenLabs.

The financing also included a $75 million debt facility from Trinity Capital.

Led by CEO Ilya Drozdov, Dwelly develops an AI-powered platform that automates residential lettings and property management operations.

Automating Residential Lettings with AI

Dwelly's AI-native operating system streamlines a wide range of property management workflows, including:

  • Tenant inquiries and onboarding

  • Rent collection

  • Maintenance coordination

  • Regulatory compliance

  • Contract management

  • Communication between landlords, tenants, contractors, and property managers

The company currently manages more than 15,000 properties and oversees £350 million in rent roll across the United Kingdom.

Supporting Expansion Across the UK and Europe

The newly raised capital will be used to acquire independent property agencies throughout the UK and integrate them into Dwelly's AI platform.

The company also plans to deepen AI automation across lettings and property management, develop new financial products for landlords and tenants, and expand into selected European markets.

The investment supports Dwelly's strategy of modernizing residential property management through AI-driven automation.
