Egypt-based startup BrainsMingle has raised $400,000 in seed funding to expand its AI-powered professional networking platform. The investment round included participation from BasharSoft Group.

The company plans to use the funding to support global expansion, strengthen product development, and hire across key business functions. In addition, BrainsMingle aims to improve its platform offerings for both individual professionals and enterprise clients.

Founded by Belal Amin and Yousef Gamal, BrainsMingle operates a video-first networking and knowledge-sharing platform designed for professional interactions. The platform combines live video sessions, scheduling tools, payment processing, and community engagement features within a single workspace.

The startup recently introduced branded private hubs for universities, accelerators, and enterprise organizations. These hubs are designed to support mentorship programs, one-on-one networking, and automated speed networking sessions.

As professional communities increasingly adopt digital collaboration tools, companies such as BrainsMingle are focusing on integrated networking systems that combine communication, scheduling, and engagement capabilities in one platform.
