Summary

The Analyst - Institutional Client Reporting will produce client reports, coordinate reporting activities, and ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. This role involves managing institutional client accounts, maintaining reporting databases, analyzing and validating data, and collaborating with global teams to resolve issues and support process improvements.

About the Department:

The Institutional Client Reporting EMEA team delivers high-quality reporting to institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with Client Services, Sales, Portfolio Management, Risk, Performance, and other business partners, the team gathers, validates, analyses, and presents complex information in a clear and client-focused format. As the final quality checkpoint before reports reach clients, the team plays a critical role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and trust. Team members collaborate globally, gain broad investment business exposure, and develop technical, analytical, and decision-making skills in a supportive environment focused on continuous improvement.

What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?

Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Information Technology, Management, or related field.

  • Experience in client reporting, financial reporting, data analysis, automation, or process improvement.

  • Experience in institutional or financial reporting environments.

  • Experience working in international or multicultural teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with reporting, automation, or business intelligence tools.

  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Alteryx, SQL, VBA, Python, or similar technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous improvement.

  • Awareness of responsible Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model usage.
