About the Role

Raisin is seeking a Senior Brand & Motion Designer to shape and develop its brand motion identity across marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and product experiences. Working with the Brand and Marketing Design team, this role will establish motion principles, build scalable design systems, and deliver engaging visual storytelling across European, UK, and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Define brand motion principles, including timing, easing, transitions, and typography, to create a consistent visual identity across platforms.

- Build reusable motion guidelines, component libraries, and templates using After Effects, Figma, and Jitter to improve production efficiency.

- Create animated assets for paid and organic campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including campaign visuals and test variations.

- Edit campaign videos, product teasers, and social content, managing pacing, sound design, color grading, and captions.

- Develop product animations and UI micro-interactions for web and mobile, using production-ready formats such as Lottie and Rive.

- Lead projects from concept and storyboarding through animation, quality assurance, and final delivery, coordinating with external agencies when required.

- Mentor designers, share motion design expertise, and maintain high creative standards across the team.

- Explore AI-assisted tools and workflows to improve production efficiency without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of motion design experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or brand-focused organizations.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity animation, marketing campaigns, social media content, and product or UI animations.

- Expert proficiency in After Effects, Jitter, and Figma, with strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

- Deep understanding of animation principles, including timing, easing, staging, rhythm, and visual storytelling.

- Experience developing scalable motion systems, reusable templates, and workflows for design teams.

- Understanding of paid and organic social media formats, safe zones, pacing, and audience engagement.

- Ability to balance creative quality with deadlines and adapt production effort to project priorities.

- Familiarity with creative performance data, experimentation, and iterative improvement.

- Professional experience using AI tools in motion or image production workflows.

- Business-fluent English communication skills and the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3D design and animation experience using Cinema 4D or Blender.

- Experience delivering production-ready Lottie or Rive animations for web and mobile applications.

- Understanding of design requirements in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance.

- German language skills.
