Join CBRE as a Lease Administration Analyst supporting one of our premier clients in the Financial & Professional Services sector. This remote position is based in the Pittsburgh area and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of lease administration and financial data across a large real estate portfolio.
In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy, processing lease-related data, reassigning items as needed, and ensuring information is accurately entered and maintained within client systems. You'll also review lease documents, interpret key lease provisions, and manage various stages of the lease abstraction process to support accurate portfolio reporting and administration.
Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll help achieve client-driven KPIs related to data quality, accuracy, and service delivery. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze lease and financial information, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
This position is part of CBRE's Lease Administration team, which provides real estate portfolio administration, lease abstraction, database management, financial processing, audit support, and related services to clients across a variety of industries.
What You’ll Do:
Review, validate, and process invoices to ensure accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with lease terms, client requirements, and established procedures.
Audit and maintain lease administration data, ensuring information is entered accurately and consistently across client databases and reporting platforms.
Review lease documents and amendments, interpret key business and financial terms, and complete lease abstractions with a high degree of accuracy.
Compare and evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliation statements, verifying that charges align with lease provisions and contractual obligations.
Perform lease audits and detailed reviews to identify discrepancies, request supporting documentation, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
Prepare reports and documentation related to audit findings, reconciliation results, and lease administration activities while ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Support the preparation and review of CAM reconciliations, ensuring compliance with business controls, client requirements, and service-level expectations.
Partner with team members to achieve client-driven KPIs related to data quality, accuracy, productivity, and overall service delivery.
Review contracts and lease-related agreements to properly identify fees, reimbursements, and other financial obligations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, landlords, and client contacts to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Follow established procedures and quality standards while effectively managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data, invoices, and lease documents.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with formulas, sorting, filtering, and reviewing data. Proficiency with Word and Outlook.
Comfortable learning new software, systems, and technology platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.
Dedicated home office space with reliable internet and a private environment suitable for video meetings.
