New York-based Zenity has raised $125 million in Series C funding to expand its AI security and governance platform designed for enterprise AI agents.

The round was led by Norwest, with participation from new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures. Existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital also participated.

The funding will support global expansion, platform innovation, research, and growing enterprise demand for AI agent security.

Founded by Ben Kliger and Michael Bargury, Zenity develops an AI security and governance platform built specifically for autonomous AI agents.

Rather than focusing only on AI models or prompts, the platform secures AI agents that can:

Zenity analyzes an agent's intent and determines whether an action should be allowed, modified, or blocked before execution.

The company currently employs more than 230 people, with research and development based in Tel Aviv and commercial operations led from New York.
