Onos Health has raised $17 million in Series A funding led by Costanoa, with CVS Health Ventures and Flare Capital Partners participating in the round.
Founded in 2024 by CEO Akshay Agrawal, Josh Levitan, and Suhaas Prasad, the San Francisco-based startup is building AI infrastructure designed to help health plans make better use of behavioral health data.
Turning Clinical Records Into Actionable Intelligence
Onos Health’s AI platform analyses unstructured clinical documentation, including session notes, treatment plans, and assessments, to identify care-quality signals that traditional systems often struggle to process.
The company reports a 35% improvement in clinical standard adherence, a 75% improvement in review efficiency, and more than a 6% reduction in behavioral health program costs within 12 months.
Building a Behavioral Health Intelligence Platform
Onos Health is already live with Aetna and three of the six largest US health plans. The latest round follows a $6.3 million raise in October 2025, bringing its total funding to roughly $23.3 million.
The fresh capital will support the company’s continued expansion as it works to establish AI-powered behavioral health intelligence as a core part of how health plans manage care.
