India-based voice AI startup Ringg has raised $10 million from Peak XV Partners as an extension of its Series A round.
The latest investment brings Ringg’s total Series A funding to $15.5 million, following a $5.5 million raise earlier in 2026.
Founded by Siddharth Tripathi and his co-founders, Ringg builds AI agents that automate enterprise workflows across voice, chat and WhatsApp.
The company initially focused on high-volume use cases such as outbound calling, lead qualification and loan collection, but is now moving toward more complex workflows including healthcare appointment booking, e-commerce cart recovery and fintech onboarding and KYC.
Ringg currently processes around 20 million call attempts per month and works with customers including Flipkart, Practo, Groww, PolicyBazaar and Shell.
Its voice agents are deployed across around 1,200 Practo clinics, helping patients book appointments and manage post-visit follow-ups.
More than 70% of Ringg’s business currently comes from voice calls, while the company is expanding into chat, WhatsApp and browser-based automation.
The startup aims to position itself as an outcome-focused AI agent platform rather than simply a voice AI provider, with the goal of automating complete enterprise workflows.
Most of Ringg’s customers are in India, with some presence in the Middle East and the US. The company is also targeting Global Capability Centers in India as a route to serving multinational businesses.
The fresh capital will support product development, hiring and continued investment in Ringg’s AI models and infrastructure.
