June Emerges from Stealth with $20 Million Pre-Seed Funding
Enterprise AI startup June has emerged from stealth after raising $20 million in pre-seed funding to help businesses accelerate AI deployment across complex enterprise software environments.
The round was led by Time Ventures, the investment firm of Marc Benioff, with participation from Michael Dell, Aaron Levie, and George Kurtz.
The company did not disclose its valuation.
Helping Enterprises Deploy AI Faster
Founded by Efrat Rapoport, Ohad Hen, Barak Goldstein, and Idan Tsitiat, June is developing an AI platform that analyzes enterprise software environments and automates the preparation needed to successfully deploy AI agents.
The founding team previously built Bonobo AI, a voice-to-text startup acquired by Salesforce in 2019, where they later worked on enterprise AI initiatives before launching June.
The platform scans existing business systems—including CRMs, databases, and enterprise applications—to identify duplicate data, disconnected workflows, and technical bottlenecks. It then generates a step-by-step implementation roadmap and helps organizations automate the deployment of AI agents.
Reducing Enterprise AI Complexity
According to the company, many organizations struggle to integrate AI with legacy enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Databricks, and Workday.
June aims to reduce reliance on specialized implementation teams by providing automated guidance that helps businesses:
Analyze existing enterprise systems
Identify data quality issues
Remove workflow bottlenecks
Connect fragmented data sources
Build AI-powered business processes
The platform is designed to complement enterprise consultants and implementation specialists while enabling companies to deploy AI more efficiently.
Funding to Expand Platform Development
June said the new funding will support continued platform development as it expands its enterprise AI deployment capabilities.
