Hang Ten Systems, an enterprise AI services company based in Menlo Park, California, has raised an additional $53 million in seed funding led by Xora, a Temasek-backed investment fund.

The new financing brings the company's total funding to $85 million. Mayfield, which led Hang Ten's first seed round, and Aramco Ventures also participated.

The company is building an AI-native alternative to traditional systems integration, helping large enterprises develop, transform and operate software using agentic AI.

Building Enterprise Software With AI Agents

Hang Ten Systems combines agentic code generation, a reusable skills library and domain expertise to deliver advisory, transformation and applied-AI services.

Its work spans software development, finance and finance analytics, enterprise migrations and human resources.

The company says its approach allows enterprises to build and modify software at lower cost and on shorter timelines than traditional systems integration models.

$53M Raised Just Weeks After First Seed

The latest financing comes only five weeks after Hang Ten closed its first seed round.

During that period, the company signed several multi-million-dollar contracts with global enterprises covering both advisory and development engagements.

The projects range from short-term advisory assignments to multi-year development programs, with several already in delivery and others successfully completed.

This early customer momentum was a key factor behind the company's decision to raise additional capital.

Enterprise AI Deployments

Hang Ten is already working with major industrial companies, including Saudi Aramco and Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy.

With Aramco, the company is working on applications supporting operations across multiple functions.

Siemens Gamesa began working with Hang Ten on a short list of outcomes and subsequently expanded the scope of its engagement after the company delivered the initial work.

The new funding will help Hang Ten increase delivery capacity, expand its engineering and consulting organization, and continue developing its platform, infrastructure and agentic skills library.

Jerry Yang Joins the Board

Alongside the financing, Jerry Yang, co-founder of Yahoo! and founding partner of AME Cloud Ventures, has joined Hang Ten Systems' board of directors.

The company also counts several prominent technology executives and investors among its backers, including Lip-Bu Tan, CEO of Intel, and Sanjay Mehrotra, chairman and CEO of Micron Technology.

Xora's investment also gives Hang Ten an opportunity to expand its presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia, alongside its existing enterprise work.

Turning AI Into Enterprise Execution

Hang Ten Systems was founded by Vishal Sikka, who previously served as CEO of Infosys and has spent much of his career working across enterprise technology and AI.

The company's model focuses on the implementation layer of enterprise AI - helping organizations move from experimenting with AI to deploying systems that operate inside critical business functions.

With $85 million in total funding and multiple multi-million-dollar enterprise engagements already underway, Hang Ten plans to use its latest capital to expand its delivery capabilities while continuing to develop the technology behind its AI-native services model.
