Seattle-based startup Devplan has raised $2.5 million in seed funding as it exits stealth mode and expands its AI-focused product development platform.

The funding round was led by AI2 Incubator. Existing participation also came from Acequia Capital, Mighty Capital, Grand Ventures, and eLab Ventures.

The company said it will use the new capital to support product development, expand its engineering team, and increase customer deployments.

Founded in 2025 by Chris Bee and Anton Safonov, Devplan develops tools designed for AI-native product development workflows. The founders previously worked at companies including Uber, Amazon, Snap, and Facebook.

Its core product, Weaver, connects platforms such as GitHub, Jira, Linear, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, meeting notes, and customer feedback systems into a shared knowledge graph.

According to the company, the platform continuously updates organizational and product-related context. As a result, teams can access more focused and context-aware summaries instead of reviewing disconnected data across multiple tools.

Devplan said its platform is already being used by Axiad, an identity security company, along with several other growing businesses. The company aims to help teams combine engineering, product, and customer feedback data into a single operational view.
