Bland, a San Francisco-based voice AI startup, has raised $50 million in a Series C funding round. The investment was led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation from HubSpot Ventures, Archerman Capital, Tribeca Venture Partners, Emergence Capital, Upfront Ventures, Scale Venture Partners, Y Combinator, Max Levchin, Piotr Dąbkowski, and Jeff Lawson.
With this round, the company’s total funding has crossed $100 million.
Funding to Support Research and Platform Expansion
The company said it plans to use the new capital to strengthen research initiatives, expand its engineering team, and scale its platform across industries that rely heavily on customer communication.
Bland develops AI agents that operate across phone calls, SMS, and chat platforms. The system is designed to help businesses automate customer interactions while maintaining conversational workflows.
Focus on Enterprise Communication
The company is led by CEO Isaiah Granet. Bland’s platform is used by enterprises and self-service customers for handling customer support and operational communication tasks.
According to the company, its AI agents managed more than 175 million phone calls over the past year. Bland also said it currently serves over 250 enterprise customers.
As companies continue exploring automation in customer engagement, voice AI platforms are seeing increased adoption across sectors such as customer support, sales, and operations.
