Aligned, a startup focused on AI-powered deal management software, has raised $60 million in a Series B funding round.
The investment was led by PeakSpan Capital. Existing investors, including Hetz Ventures, JAL Ventures, and NFX, also participated in the round.
With the latest investment, the company’s total funding has reached $73.8 million.
Aligned Plans Expansion Across AI and Enterprise Sales Operations
Aligned said it will use the new capital to strengthen its AI-driven deal execution platform. The company also plans to expand its engineering team and support commercial growth in the enterprise software market.
The platform is designed to simplify B2B sales processes by bringing buyers, sellers, and AI systems into a single digital workspace. Instead of relying on disconnected tools and workflows, users can collaborate through a shared link without requiring additional logins.
Platform Uses AI to Manage Sales Workflows
The company was co-founded by Gal Aga, who currently serves as CEO.
Aligned’s platform includes an internal system called the “AI Deal Brain.” The technology analyzes engagement activity between meetings and sales interactions. It also helps sales teams identify account risks, reduce delays during transactions, and generate follow-up documents automatically.
According to the company, the platform supports transaction management and client collaboration for enterprise software businesses.
ARR Growth and Enterprise Adoption
Aligned said it tripled its annual recurring revenue over the past year.
The company added that its platform now supports more than 70,000 sellers and around one million monthly buyers. Enterprise customers include Deel, SimilarWeb, and WordPress.
The company continues to position its software as a centralized workspace for enterprise sales collaboration and deal execution.
