Product Manager

JOB SUMMARY

mama health is seeking a driven and execution-oriented Product Manager to build and scale AI-powered healthcare products. Working closely with the founders, engineers, designers, and medical experts, you will develop solutions that help patients better understand their conditions and enable healthcare organizations to gain actionable insights from patient experiences.

This role involves owning product development from discovery to launch, analyzing performance metrics, gathering patient feedback, and translating company goals into product improvements. It offers a growth path toward Head of Product, with increasing responsibility based on performance and impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own product initiatives from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.

- Write SQL queries, conduct analyses, and investigate the reasons behind changes in product metrics.

- Define success metrics for product initiatives and take ownership of outcomes.

- Translate company objectives into clear product priorities, roadmaps, and execution plans.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and medical teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

- Manage day-to-day execution, remove blockers, and keep projects aligned with timelines and objectives.

- Engage with patients and customers to understand their needs and translate feedback into product improvements.

- Write product requirements, user stories, and implementation specifications.

- Develop and improve product management processes to support company growth.

- Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to guide decisions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 1-3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, product ownership, or as a founder who has shipped a real product.

- Hands-on SQL skills and experience with analytics tools such as Metabase, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to build and launch products, features, or substantial side projects.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proactive, highly motivated, and execution-focused approach to work.

- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and work outside established comfort zones.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, and business teams.

- Fluent English communication skills.

- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate quickly.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in AI, healthcare, digital health, or SaaS products.

- German language skills.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating customer needs into product solutions.

- Familiarity with data-driven product development and performance measurement.
