Role overview
Summary
The Senior Product Manager will join the Meta product domain at JustPlay, focusing on shaping the seamless experience connecting games with the broader JustPlay platform. This role involves owning product strategy, identifying high-impact opportunities, and driving complex product problems from conception to iteration. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver impactful features across a portfolio of 50+ games.
JustPlay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Meta product domain and help shape the experience that connects our games with the broader JustPlay platform.
At JustPlay, Meta is the layer between core gameplay and our rewards platform - including progress, rewards, boosters, LiveOps, and the experiences that connect each game to the wider JustPlay ecosystem. The Meta team owns this layer across our full game portfolio, extending platform features into games and building shared, reusable components that can be adopted across multiple titles. This helps us create a consistent player experience and scale new features across the portfolio without rebuilding them game by game.
In this role, you'll focus on making the JustPlay ecosystem feel seamless for players - identifying where the experience breaks between games and platform, turning those gaps into product opportunities, and setting direction around the solutions that can have the greatest impact on our key metrics. You'll work closely with Design, Engineering, Data, and game teams to align around priorities, make trade-offs, and drive outcomes across the ecosystem.
What sets this role apart?
You'll be building for an entire portfolio of 50+ games, not just a single title. That means thinking in systems, balancing the needs of different games and player journeys, and shaping solutions that can scale across the JustPlay ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Own the product strategy, priorities, and key results for your area within the Meta domain
Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities across the JustPlay ecosystem, balancing player needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and continuously improve the product
