Role overview
Summary
Maintain real property information and perform tasks typical to real property management, including document maintenance, energy usage monitoring, and drafting floorplans. This role involves analysis, invoicing, budget assistance, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Primary Functions: Maintain real property information and perform tasks typical to real property management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain property documents, drawings, and information and ensure accuracy thereof.
Monitor energy usage, insurance, and property payments.
Draft and update floorplans, as-builts, and drawings.
Complete analysis, invoicing, and payments.
Assist in budgets, documents, spreadsheets, and summaries.
Work with landlords, neighbors, tenants, and vendors.
Support management in advancing systems and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Associates degree or higher with a concentration in Construction, Facility and/or Property Management, or related degree.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Three (3) years of experience in property management, real estate, construction, or logistics related field such as building management; or any combination of training and/or experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Experience/Skills: Must have current working knowledge of building maintenance, real estate and/or construction. Must be familiar with budgeting, document management and energy efficiency. Must have significant analytical skills and strong organizational ability. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Requires the experience with or ability to learn AutoCAD. Requires familiarity with asset inventory and/or product tracking. Requires strong initiative to self-identify areas in need of improvement and have keen attention to detail. Requires excellent and demonstrable oral and written communication skills. Valid driver license, pre-employment/random drug testing.
Tenure: Assignment to the Real Property Specialist II category 10 requires a minimum of twelve to twenty-four months tenure in the, Real Property Specialist I category 11 that meets or exceeds expectations for all assigned job duties and/or minimum of five to seven years of experience in property management field.
