Summary

As an Inbound Account Executive at Lightspeed in Paris, you will manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals. You will present personalized demos, understand prospect needs, and grow your portfolio by identifying new opportunities, collaborating with marketing and SDR teams to maximize conversion.

Lightspeed is looking for an Account Executive (Inbound) to join their sales team in Paris. This role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, by interacting directly with interested prospects generated by Sales Development Representatives and marketing campaigns.

Your tasks:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from the first contact to customer activation.

  • Present personalized and impactful demos to showcase Lightspeed solutions.

  • Understand the needs of prospects and offer them a quality shopping experience.

  • Grow your portfolio by identifying and exploiting new opportunities.

  • Use Salesforce to track activities and optimize the sales pipeline.

  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine the strategy and maximize conversion.

  • Participation in commercial and marketing initiatives to boost growth.

  • Contributing to the team's objectives, even if it sometimes means going outside the strict scope of your role.

What you bring to the team:

  • 360° sales experience, with complete management of the sales cycle.

  • Experience in a sector such as tech, SaaS, e-commerce, POS solutions or hospitality/catering.

  • Experience in outbound sales is a real plus.
