Mumbai-based longevity and preventive healthcare startup Vytalyou has raised Rs 9 crore in a pre-Series A funding round from Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries. The round values the company at approximately Rs 33 crore.

The fresh capital will be used to expand Vytalyou's network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics across Mumbai as the company looks to build a larger presence in India's emerging preventive healthcare and longevity market.

Founded in 2025 by Chirantan Bose and Preetesh Bhandari, Vytalyou combines diagnostics, personalised health interventions and medically supervised care to provide preventive healthcare and longevity-focused services.

Building a Doctor-Led Longevity Platform

Vytalyou's approach is centred on identifying potential health risks and providing personalised interventions before they develop into more serious health problems.

The company offers a broad range of diagnostic and preventive healthcare services through its clinics.

These include pathology, radiology, cardio-respiratory assessments and body composition evaluation. Vytalyou also provides genetic and cancer screening, gut microbiome evaluation, personalised IV therapies and regenerative interventions.

For people dealing with chronic musculoskeletal conditions, the company offers non-invasive pain management technologies.

Rather than positioning the service around a single diagnostic test or treatment, Vytalyou combines multiple health assessments into a broader view of an individual's health profile.

Doctors then use those findings to develop a medically supervised care plan.

AI-Powered Predictive Longevity Evaluation

One of the technology components of Vytalyou's platform is its Predictive Longevity Evaluation.

The company uses an AI-based algorithm to assess an individual's health profile, biological ageing and potential health risks.

The assessment is subsequently reviewed by doctors, who use the findings to create an individualised care plan.

This creates a combination of algorithm-driven assessment and clinical oversight.

The AI component is intended to process an individual's health information and identify relevant patterns, while medical professionals remain involved in reviewing the results and determining the appropriate care approach.

The company is therefore positioning AI as part of its preventive healthcare infrastructure rather than as a replacement for doctors.

Nearly 1,000 Clients Served

Vytalyou said it has served close to 1,000 clients since opening its first centre.

Approximately half of those clients have come through walk-ins, while the remainder have arrived through word-of-mouth referrals.

The customer acquisition mix provides the company with an early indication of demand for its preventive and longevity-focused healthcare model.

Its next stage of growth will focus on increasing the number of physical locations and expanding access to its services.

Vytalyou currently operates in Mumbai and plans to expand to 10 locations across India in the coming years.

The new Rs 9 crore funding round will support the company's immediate expansion of its Incremental Lifestyle Clinics in Mumbai.

India's Emerging Longevity Market

Vytalyou is entering a healthcare segment that has attracted increasing attention from startups and investors in India.

The broader preventive healthcare and longevity ecosystem includes companies working across early disease detection, biomarkers, personalised healthcare, diagnostics and longevity research.

The source identifies several other startups operating in adjacent areas.

Biopeak raised $2.7 million in follow-on funding in January 2026.

Cent, co-founded by Practo's Shashank ND, raised approximately $5 million for an AI-led early-detection platform covering cancer, cardiac, neurological and metabolic risks.

Elevate Now raised Rs 18 crore in a seed round, while Decode Age raised Rs 14.48 crore in a pre-Series A round to expand its work in longevity research, biomarker discovery, multi-omics and microbiome capabilities.

These companies are approaching the broader market from different directions, but collectively illustrate the growing range of technologies being applied to preventive healthcare and longevity.

Expanding the Incremental Lifestyle Clinics

Vytalyou's physical clinics are an important part of its model.

The company combines clinical assessments with technology and personalised interventions, giving customers access to multiple services through its healthcare centres.

The new funding will allow Vytalyou to expand this clinic network, initially focusing on Mumbai.

Over the longer term, the company plans to establish 10 locations across India.

For a business operating in preventive healthcare, physical infrastructure can provide an important component of the customer experience because many of its services require diagnostics, medical assessments or supervised interventions.

The combination of physical clinics and technology could allow Vytalyou to build a recurring relationship with customers rather than relying on individual diagnostic visits.

Funding and the Road Ahead

The Rs 9 crore pre-Series A round gives Vytalyou additional capital at an early stage of its expansion.

The company will use the funding primarily to grow its Incremental Lifestyle Clinics while continuing to provide its range of diagnostic and preventive healthcare services.

Its technology layer, including the Predictive Longevity Evaluation, is also expected to remain part of its model as the company expands.

The startup's current customer base of close to 1,000 clients provides an early foundation, while its plan to reach 10 locations represents a significant increase in its physical footprint.

Vytalyou is still a young company, having been founded in 2025, and its next phase will involve turning its initial clinic traction into a broader healthcare network.

Its ability to combine diagnostics, AI-assisted health assessment and doctor-led interventions at scale will be an important part of that expansion.

For now, the latest funding gives Vytalyou the resources to expand beyond its first centre and build a larger presence in India's developing preventive healthcare and longevity ecosystem.
