Simile Secures $200 Million in Series B Funding
San Francisco-based Simile has raised $200 million in Series B funding at a $2 billion valuation to accelerate the development of its AI-powered human behavior simulation platform.
The round was led by Greenoaks, with participation from returning investor Index Ventures, alongside Hanabi, Bain Capital Ventures, A*, Factory, CVS Health Ventures, and new investor Definition.
Founded by Joon Sung Park, who also serves as CEO, Simile develops AI-powered human behavior foundation models and predictive simulation software that enables organizations to test decisions before real-world deployment.
Building AI Models for Human Behavior Simulation
Simile's platform combines human behavior foundation models with predictive simulation technology to replicate complex social interactions in virtual environments.
The company says its technology enables enterprises to model human behavior and evaluate potential outcomes before implementing decisions in real-world settings.

According to the company, Simile currently works with enterprise customers including Wealthfront, maintains a policy research trend-modeling partnership with Gallup, and supports CVS Health in optimizing medication-adherence pilots and identifying hard-to-reach patient populations.
