Sauce VC Leads Rs 7.5 Cr Round in D2C Watch Brand Bruno Milano

Direct-to-consumer watch brand Bruno Milano has raised Rs 7.5 crore in a funding round led by Sauce VC, as the Noida-based startup looks to expand its presence across India and accelerate the launch of new watch collections.

The round also saw participation from Titan Capital and angel investors including Arjun Purkayastha, Unacademy co-founder Roman Saini and Kitty Agarwal.

The fresh capital will be used to expand Bruno Milano's market presence, accelerate the rollout of new watch collections and designs, and strengthen its availability across major ecommerce and quick commerce platforms.

Founded in 2024 by Rachit Jain and Saurabh Agarwal, Bruno Milano operates as a D2C watch brand focused on affordable, contemporary timepieces generally priced between Rs 2,000 and Rs 5,000.

The company sells its products through its official website, ecommerce platforms and quick commerce channels, targeting consumers looking for contemporary designs at accessible price points.

Bruno Milano offers hand-finished quartz and chronograph watches across collections including Vittorio Chrono, Ambrosiana Chic and Duomo Heritage. The company also provides customised corporate gifting solutions.

The brand combines classic watch aesthetics with modern designs and has built its distribution strategy around digital commerce and faster delivery channels.

The latest funding comes as India's watch market sees the emergence of several homegrown brands targeting younger consumers through differentiated designs, accessible pricing and digital-first distribution.

Bruno Milano competes with brands including Rotoris, Argos Watches, Jaipur Watch Company and Bangalore Watch Company, which operate across segments ranging from affordable luxury and mechanical watches to heritage-inspired and premium timepieces.

Other players in the segment have also attracted investor interest. Rotoris raised $3 million in a seed round in December 2025 from investors including Nikhil Kamath, Venture Catalysts, 100Unicorns and Vivek Oberoi. Argos Watches raised Rs 6.5 crore in an angel round in 2025, while Jaipur Watch Company previously raised Rs 2.4 crore in angel funding.

For Bruno Milano, the latest capital provides an opportunity to expand its product range and distribution while increasing its visibility across ecommerce and quick commerce channels. The company's next phase will focus on scaling its brand and establishing a stronger position in India's growing D2C watch market.
