Washington, D.C.-based Ordway has raised $20 million in a combination of equity and debt financing to expand its AI-powered billing and revenue management platform.

The funding round was led by Harbert Growth Partners, with debt participation from Western Alliance Bank's Innovation Banking Group.

Led by CEO Sameer Gulati, Ordway provides an AI-powered monetization platform designed for businesses operating subscription-based and usage-based pricing models.

Its platform automates the entire quote-to-cash lifecycle, including:

  • Subscription management

  • Usage-based billing

  • AI-powered cash reconciliation

  • Contract data abstraction

  • Revenue recognition

  • Self-service customer portals

  • Integrated payment processing

The platform helps businesses simplify complex billing operations while improving financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
