About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong growth experience to build, optimize, and scale products that drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
You will work closely with the founders, engineering, AI/ML, and growth teams to translate business objectives into technical product solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical understanding with data-driven product thinking and hands-on experience running growth experiments.
This is a high-ownership role where you will take initiatives from problem discovery and technical planning to launch, experimentation, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Product Strategy
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with growth and business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with engineering and AI/ML teams to build scalable, reliable product solutions.
- Evaluate technical trade-offs, dependencies, and prioritization.
- Growth & Experimentation
- Identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests and product experiments.
- Optimize user journeys, conversion funnels, and product adoption.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, including self-serve onboarding, engagement loops, and upgrade journeys.
- Product Analytics & Metrics
- Track and improve key metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, engagement, churn, and revenue.
- Use SQL and analytics tools to investigate user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and validate hypotheses.
- Build dashboards and establish metrics to measure feature performance and business impact.
- Make data-backed prioritization decisions and communicate experiment outcomes.
- Product Development & Execution
- Own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation to development, launch, and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features efficiently.
- Ensure clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and timely releases.
- Balance growth opportunities with product quality, scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to understand customer needs and growth opportunities.
- Work directly with founders on high-priority product and business initiatives.
- Convert customer feedback and market insights into actionable product improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, with hands-on experience in growth-focused product development.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, system workflows, and software development processes.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on technical products, preferably B2B SaaS or AI-powered platforms.
- Hands-on experience with growth experiments, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and measurable outcomes.
- High ownership, execution speed, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
- Experience with AI/ML products, Generative AI, APIs, or developer-facing products.
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG), SaaS monetization, pricing, or conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, event tracking, and analytics instrumentation.
