Role Purpose:
As a Product Manager 2 at WorkIndia, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform, driving the development of innovative features that enhance user experience and business growth. This role is crucial for delivering on our commitment to creating seamless and effective recruitment solutions, directly contributing to our mission of empowering the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the WorkIndia
- platform.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify unmet
- needs and opportunities.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user
- stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams throughout the
- product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize product backlogs effectively, balancing new features, technical debt, and bug fixes to
- maximize business value.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to iterate and
- optimize features.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the
- organization.
- Lead product launches, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market
- introduction and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a fast-paced technology
- company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2C or B2B products throughout
- their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make
- data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HR tech, recruitment, or marketplace industry.
- Familiarity with SQL and A/B testing frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Bengaluru office, fostering a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
No travel is expected for this role.
