Role overview
Summary
The intern will be responsible for making outbound calls to pitch wealth management offerings, following up with prospects to drive conversions, and managing the sales process from initial contact to client handover. This role involves active client acquisition, pipeline management, and maintaining accurate sales records.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Make outbound calls and pitch the company's Wealth Management offerings to prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects to build relationships and drive conversions.
Manage the sales process from the initial call through conversion and hand over converted clients to the onboarding team.
Drive new client acquisition for the Wealth Management business.
Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and follow-ups.
Re-engage prospects who have not converted and pursue them through timely and effective follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
Share regular sales updates, performance metrics, and progress with management.
Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who are available for full time (in-office) internship.
Can start the internship between 31st Aug'26 and 5th Oct'26.
Are available for duration of 3 months.
Have relevant skills and interests.
Other requirements:
Final-year students who can potentially be converted to a full-time role based on performance.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of Wealth Management and financial products is required.
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-ups, and working towards sales targets.
Strong communication, persuasion, and convincing skills.
Self-driven, persistent, and target-oriented.
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
