Summary

The Corporate Lease Analyst is a key contributor to managing Allegis Group's global real estate portfolio, abstracting and interpreting commercial lease documents to ensure compliance. This role involves auditing and reconciling invoices, processing payments, maintaining the lease administration database, and serving as a primary point of contact for landlords and global finance leaders.

Corporate Lease Analyst

The Corporate Lease Analyst plays a key role in managing Allegis Group’s global real estate portfolio of 480+ offices, 4.8M+ square feet, and operations across 25 countries. This role combines lease administration, financial analysis, vendor management, and relationship building. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, communicative, and eager to learn commercial real estate fundamentals in a complex global environment.

In-Office Requirement: Minimum 4 days per week in the office.

Essential Functions

  • Process monthly rent and one-time landlord payments totaling $20M+ annually.

  • Review and audit annual budgets, estimates, invoices, operating expenses, and lease-related financial data.

  • Abstract commercial leases and maintain accurate lease administration database records, including rent, deposits, guarantees, invoices, subleases, and operating expenses.

  • Serve as a primary contact for Global Finance Leaders, landlords, facility vendors, and regional finance teams.

  • Reconcile and negotiate landlord operating expense charges and support resolution of financial and physical office issues.

  • Track project costs against budgets, including vendor invoices, payment schedules, deposits, landlord incentives, and tenant improvement contributions.

  • Create financial, metric, and monthly reports for executive leadership and multiple departments.

  • Review and code invoices for rent, maintenance, legal, parking, and other office expenses.

  • Support lease compliance and communicate changes in rent and lease terms throughout the lease lifecycle.

  • Manage vendor contracts, office/vendor information, and certificates of insurance.

  • Coordinate office openings, relocations, utilities, business rates, taxes, and related documentation.

  • Maintain lease alerts for key dates and tenant improvement dollars.

  • Set up purchase orders for EMEA offices and coordinate rent allocations, splits, coding, and deferred rent.

  • Review lease-related documents, including Estoppels and SNDAs.

  • Scan, upload, and maintain invoices, amendments, letters, memos, and other lease documents.

  • Support annual global real estate budget development and coordinate rental/facility invoice payments.

Minimum Education & Experience

  • College degree or equivalent professional experience required.

  • Corporate real estate experience preferred.

  • Service industry experience preferred.

  • Strong eagerness to learn, grow, and work effectively in a complex global environment.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work confidently across all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PeopleSoft.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial data, databases, and reports.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: $55,000–$82,400
