Role overview

Summary

This role involves supporting financial planning and analysis activities, including timely submission of accurate MIS packs, performance updates, and quarterly business review presentations. The Team Member will also drive the annual operating and business plan cycle, provide decision support to business functions, and contribute to process re-engineering and improvements.

Role Overview
As TM – Financial Planning & Analysis, you will support financial planning, reporting, and business decision-making through accurate MIS, performance tracking, and strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare and submit accurate monthly MIS packs within timelines

  • Deliver performance updates highlighting key trends, exceptions, and insights

  • Support quarterly business review presentations covering financial and operational KPIs

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial and management reporting

2. Financial Planning

  • Support development of annual budgets and 3-year rolling plans

  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to define key KPIs

  • Track performance vs. plan and highlight deviations proactively

3. Business Decision Support

  • Analyze key performance drivers across functions

  • Evaluate financial viability of new initiatives

  • Recommend solutions balancing financial goals and business needs

4. Process Improvement

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies

  • Simplify and automate reporting systems

  • Adopt industry best practices for productivity and accuracy

5. Team Development

  • Provide guidance and support to team members

  • Ensure knowledge sharing and creation of role backups

6. Self-Development

  • Build strong understanding of ABFL’s business and financial processes

  • Strengthen accounting knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills

Eligibility & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
