  • Client Service Excellence: Represent buyers and sellers professionally throughout the transaction, building the relationships and reputation that generate referral business long-term.

  • Consistent Training Engagement: Attend all weekly live coaching sessions and implement new tactics into your daily practice within 48 hours of learning them.

  • Pipeline Development: Complement brokerage-provided leads with personal sphere cultivation, referral development, and community networking to build a sustainable, multi-source pipeline.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Commission pay ($50,000 - $120,000+ annually)

Benefits: Flexible schedule, lead generation support, daily training
