Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney to manage residential and commercial real estate closings, review title issues, and draft legal agreements. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of conveyancing experience and a Massachusetts Bar license.

Allcock & Marcus, LLC is seeking an experienced Conveyance Attorney with 3+ years of residential and/or commercial real estate experience to join our firm.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage residential and commercial real estate closings from contract to post-closing

  • Review and clear title issues

  • Draft and review purchase and sale agreements

  • Conduct closings and represent lenders and buyers/sellers

  • Coordinate with lenders, realtors, and clients

  • Ensure compliance with Massachusetts real estate laws and regulations


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of conveyancing experience

  • Licensed and in good standing with the Massachusetts Bar

  • Strong knowledge of title review and clearance

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Experience with lender representation preferred
