Summary and responsibilities

Role overview

Summary

This role involves supporting investment and divestment processes by preparing analyses, materials, and insights for client decisions in real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, and creating presentations for investors, clients, and financial institutions. The consultant will also participate in commercial engagement and support transaction lifecycles.

Are you an analytical, curious, and motivated professional looking to develop your career within a leading international real estate firm? Do you enjoy working with financial models, market analysis, and investment transactions?

Then this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at CBRE — and we would really like to talk to you!

The Capital Markets team at CBRE supports clients throughout the full investment cycle, from acquisition to divestment, as well as in M&A and Debt Advisory processes involving real estate assets. We combine deep financial expertise with a broad understanding of the real estate market across all asset classes.

We are looking for a new team member to join the Analyst Pool, providing support across sectors, clients, and transactions while gaining exposure to strategic decision‑making, business plans, proposals, presentations and meetings with clients, banks, and investors.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will play a key role in supporting investment and divestment processes, preparing analyses, materials and insights that drive client decisions in real estate transactions.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and analyzing financial models, valuation exercises, business plans and strategic plans for real estate investments.

  • Conducting market research, gathering and interpreting sector data for different asset classes.

  • Preparing presentations, proposals and marketing materials for investors, clients and financial institutions.

  • Participating in commercial engagement with investors, clients and banks.

  • Supporting transaction processes, both buy‑side and sell‑side, throughout their full lifecycle.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Architecture.

  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in real estate (preferred), consulting, corporate finance, investment banking or similar areas.

  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical and quantitative skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously and proactively.

  • Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Intellectual curiosity, initiative and enthusiasm for learning.

  • Strong communication skills and team spirit.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish and/or French is a plus.

  • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to independently build financial models and business presentations.

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

At CBRE you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most relevant real estate transactions in the market, collaborating closely with experienced professionals across multiple business lines.

You will also benefit from continuous professional development through CBRE’s learning programs, contributing to your career growth while adding value to our clients and our business.

WHAT WILL YOUR TEAM LIKE?

You will be part of a highly skilled Capital Markets team, working side‑by‑side with specialists from various departments.

This cross‑functional environment provides exposure to diverse asset classes, client types, and transaction profiles.
